Our goal
Our goal is to help each and every one of our patients to become a Happy Chomper.
To us a Happy Chomper is a person who enjoys the benefits of good teeth and, more generally, good oral health throughout their life-long dental journey.
Our commitment
At the Mount Barker Dental Centre we are committed to offering you:
- high quality dental treatment at an affordable price,
- a wide range of services to meet all your general dental needs,
- a gentle and caring approach, in a friendly yet professional environment, and
- modern, spacious facilities.
Our approach
Our approach is to help you make the best decisions about your teeth by offering:
- advice and education,
- a wide range of treatment options, and
- our support through each and every step on your dental journey.
Our focus is on prevention of oral health issues, which ensures the best outcomes for our patients at the least cost. However, we also offer a wide range of treatment options when oral health problems do arise.
At Mount Barker Dental Centre, we are great listeners, making sure that we hear your concerns and understand your needs. We are gentle and reassuring, aiming to provide you with a relaxed and pain free experience. We understand that dental treatment can cause anxiety among some patients and, if needed, we are able to offer treatment options such as ‘happy gas’ and conscious sedation.
Our team
Our staff are dedicated professionals, who are committed to providing patients with high quality dental care in a happy, caring and supportive environment. We have a team of Dentists and Oral Health Therapists to make sure we are able to provide the highest quality dentistry and the best patient experience. To find out more about our team, see our Meet the Team page.
Our community focus
Mount Barker Dental Centre has been providing quality dental care to the local community since 1997. We are community focused, promoting oral health within our patients but also in the broader community. Over several years we have campaigned actively with local sports clubs and more broadly to encourage men, women and children involved in contact sports to wear a mouthguard. We also visit local schools and kindergartens to promote tooth friendly eating and positive dental behaviours.
If you would like us to help you improve the oral health of your community group just let us know.
